With a foundation in psychodynamic therapy, we'll explore the roots of your challenges by delving into past experiences. Additionally, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help you manage unhelpful thoughts, anxiety, and low mood effectively. My practice is rooted in person-centered therapy principles, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your inner world and embrace your authentic self.
